Executive Director of Education Innovation and Learning, Bentley University

I’m an educator, strategist, and program designer who believes that curiosity is rocket fuel for learning and that great teaching, leadership, and collaboration all begin with the willingness to wonder.

For two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of innovation, pedagogy, leadership development, and community-building, helping people and institutions imagine what’s possible and move toward it with clarity, creativity, and purpose.

I currently serve as the Executive Director of the Badavas Center for Innovation in Teaching & Learning at Bentley University, where I lead a team focused on teaching innovation, learning science, experiential learning, faculty development, and emerging technologies. Much of my work centers on building collaborative ecosystems like Faculty Learning Communities, pathways, experiential learning initiatives, and professional learning structures that help educators grow in community rather than isolation.

Beyond higher education, I consult with organizations, nonprofits, and leadership institutes to design high-energy, movement-based, curiosity-driven experiences that spark insight, deepen connection, and build skills for learning, leading, and working in complex environments.

Whether I’m facilitating a room of faculty, designing a leadership retreat for high school students, or coaching a team through a strategic challenge, my approach is the same: make learning (and change!) feel alive, meaningful, and deeply human.

At the heart of my work is a simple philosophy:
People learn better when they feel connected, curious, and seen.
Good design makes that possible. Community sustains it. Creativity accelerates it.
